The property is enclosed with a fence.    <\/p><p>The load-bearing structures of the building consist of red brick, silicate brick, and fieldstone in the older section, and concrete blocks in the newer section. The intermediate floors are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building has a wooden rafter roof covered with folded sheet metal. Non-load-bearing internal partition walls within apartments are made of Columbia stone and Fibo blocks, and partly gypsum board on a metal frame. Walls between apartments are made of stone (Columbia, Fibo blocks), wood, or double-structure gypsum board on a metal frame (\u226549 dB sound insulation). The building has wooden-framed double-glazed windows. Apartment entrance doors are wooden, and interior doors are wooden panel doors.       <\/p><p>The building is connected to district heating. Apartments have water-based underfloor heating, with individual temperature control in each room. Ventilation is provided by apartment-based units with heat recovery and electric heating elements.
